Would you mind, telling me, what‘s additional in the self-raising flour? Such a kind of flour is unknown here. Does it result in a sour dough or a yeast dough? Or anything else?

    1. Of it is I beleive plain flour with additional baking soda, helps dough rise

    2. You could use plain flour and add 2 teaspoons of baking powder (or as directed on the packet)
