This is a great go-to breakfast, especially in Summer, quick easy, cool and frothy. Simply toss in the blender and then drink. I frosted my Mason jar to create some condensation.
- 250ml skinny or low fat (you could use soy or almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt
- 1 banana
- honey to drizzle
- Pop it all in the blender and whiz it through, enjoy!
