Banana Smoothie

This is a great go-to breakfast, especially in Summer, quick easy, cool and frothy. Simply toss in the blender and then drink. I frosted my Mason jar to create some condensation.


  • 250ml skinny or low fat (you could use soy or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • honey to drizzle
  • Pop it all in the blender and whiz it through, enjoy!
