Rustic Truss Tomatoes

Quick and easy one for today, I cooked the truss cherry tomatoes and sliced chorizo in a different skillet, as I did not want this skillet hot, layer some fresh basil leaves and watercress, then simply drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the top, and THAT was my shot, capturing the drizzle.

I love to capture ‘the pour’ such fun…would you like to learn more about food photography? Check out my Table & Plate food photography class, all online and you can do it all at your own pace.
