Apricot & Strawberry Turnovers/Danish
Grab some ready-made puff pastry (I used Gluten-free) and let it completely defrost, spread some apricot jam or strawberry jam on the pastry, slice strawberries or apricots and place on the pastry, fold the edges over and place on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with a little sugar and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 210C.
Quick and easy and yummy served hot with fresh cream or as a cold snack.
