Berry yogurt crunch

This is one of my go-to breakfasts, yummy and moderately healthy!

A layer of granola, this time it is buckwheat and berry, then a small tub of lactose-free plain yogurt, add four teaspoons of pureed summer berries and then some fresh plump raspberries and strawberries (for this shoot I used frozen), I tend to just mix it all up and dive-in.

Alternatively, you could add passionfruit or bananas and a drizzle of honey!
